Overview The CIE3 product line provides web-based, ready-to-implement business solutions. These solutions have to components: a technology platform and operations procedure templates - OpsEngineTM. The technology platform establishes an application capabilities. The OpsEngine process templates provide the “peopleware” required to succesfully implement the solution. This includes strategic guild lines for management plus detailed procedures and user instructions. An OpsEngine can be implemented as-is or used as a template to be modified with a firm's unique ways of doing business.
